This website
It is free to look around, with no sign-up. It describes what we do and shows work we have made. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract.
Quotes and projects
Every project starts with a written, fixed quote. That quote, and anything we agree in writing when you accept it, sets out the work, the price and the terms. That is what governs a project, not this page.
The work shown here
The designs, words, photographs and code on this website belong to us or to the clients we made them for, and client work is shown with their permission. Client names and brands belong to their owners. You are welcome to look and to share links. Please don’t copy, republish or pass off any of it as your own.
What we can and can’t promise
We work to keep this website accurate and running, but we can’t promise it is always available or free of mistakes, and we may change it at any time. Links to other websites are there to be useful; we are not responsible for what is on them. Nothing here limits our responsibility for anything the law says we cannot limit.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can settle any dispute about them.
